Cyclists and advocates for more complete streets are hoping the city’s bike lane plan will face only a minor bump this year before it gets back on track. Councillors will get a report this week on last year’s bike lanes, which details that despite a string of public consultations many residents were disappointed and dissatisfied with the final result.
