Edmonton Freezeway capturing imaginations around the world, but city remains silent

While the Edmonton-raised, Vancouver-based landscape architect tried to settle into a new job, his fantastical plan for an 11-kilometre skating track called the Edmonton Freezeway has captured the world’s imagination.
