Winnipeg’s Active Transportation Plan goes back for review

The city has temporarily slammed the brakes on a proposed $330 million active transportation plan. “Over the past week I have heard from members of our local business community that the city could have done a much better job in the 2013 consultation process for the Pedestrian and Cycling Strategies,” said Bowman in a statement released Tuesday afternoon.
