Make it four years in a row for Kingston

Wonderful! It is really important for active and public transport to get a foothold in smaller cities, not just in the largest ones. Are the many institutional employers a help in its success?

It is a lovely old city, though I'm sure "graduates" of its penal institutions look back upon it less fondly than those of its educational ones.

Important to maintain some kind of active/public transport mix in wintertime too.
