Regina - Cathedral area pedestrian bridge will be out for three months

An aging pedestrian bridge in south Regina is being replaced. The Neil Balkwill Bridge, which crosses Wascana Creek near Pasqua St. and Elphinstone St., will be closed starting Monday. Read more.
