Welland ON - Province wheels out bike-friendly funding plan

Few details were available about how Ontario’s program would be delivered as part of its first “Cycling Action Plan.” A news release did say the province will also dedicate $15 million over three years to build cycling infrastructure on provincial highways and bridges, such as paved road shoulders, all part of #CycleON, a 20-year vision for cycling in Ontario.
