Cycling just got a little more convenient in Thunder Bay with new and improved bike repair stations. The first bike repair station was installed at the Mary J.L. Black Library in May, and within six weeks it was vandalized, Adam Krupper, active transportation co-ordinator for Thunder Bay, said Wednesday. The “standard version’’ is used around the world, said Krupper, but in Thunder Bay “it needed to be beefed up.’’
