Urban Mobility Planning is an strategic approach to achieve a broad set of targets, e.g. reducing air pollution, greenhouse gas emissions, road accidents and increasing the access to safe, clean and affordable mobility for all population groups. The Sustainable Urban Transport Master Plan (SUTMP) Windhoek, Namibia, presents the most forward-looking vision for urban mobility on the African continent and will contribute to solving transport-related challenges in the agglomeration.
