When I was looking at moving a little while ago, two cities on MLS.ca indicated bike infrastructure.
Some homes listed for Ottawa indicated the Capital bike path is close by.
In Montreal, quite a few homes list "bike lanes/path close by" under features.
Some condos in Vancouver & Victoria list bike parking as a feature.
