Off-road bike trails a concern in Willowdale neighbourhood

Plans to construct off-road bike trails in the Finch Avenue Hydro Corridor could be in for a rough ride, from a group of Willowdale homeowners who've turned the swath of wilderness into an unofficial neighbourhood park.
