Kingston - Expert urges cycling safety

The City of Kingston announced Feb. 18 that there would be more than 100 individual infrastructure projects in the city including 30 km of new bike lanes. The City of Kingston's website states: "In 2015, cycling lanes are coming to: "Princess Street in Williamsville (from Macdonnell to Division); Division Street from Princess to Quebec; and Montreal Street from Ordnance to Rideau and Railway."
