St. Catherines - St. Davids stretch uploaded to the Region

Busy student thoroughfare St. David's Road could be one step closer to bike lanes and sidewalks after Regional council approved bylaws to take over the road Thursday night. Currently, ownership of St. David's Road between Highway 406 and Burleigh Hill/Collier Road, is literally split down the middle. St. Catharines owns the north half and Thorold owns the south half.
