Orillia - 'Havoc' on the trails?

The banning of e-bikes has been on Cipolla's radar for the better part of the past six months. Staff was directed to explore the option of regulating e-bikes on the trails at the Dec. 7 council meeting, through an oft-delayed inquiry motion.
