Winnipeg - Council critics hire lawyer to fight Winnipeg bike, pedestrian plan

A Winnipeg councillor says he "can't tolerate" the way in which a cycling and pedestrian strategy was pushed through city council last month. Three critics — including Coun. Russ Wyatt, Coun.
