Life in the slow lane

It’s incredible, really. We keep talking about the need to build segregated bike routes alongside main roadways. And here’s the city ripping up two right-hand lanes and about half the sidewalk along one of the main roads in Winnipeg and they’re going to close it up with no allowance whatsoever for a bike lane.
