Winnipeg - Construction begins on Forks cycling path

St. Boniface and Osborne Village will soon have a cycling trail connecting the two neighbourhoods. The Forks has begun construction to turn a two-lane road into a multi-use access point developed for vehicle traffic, cycling and pedestrians.
